We start by understanding who will use the work, what needs to improve and how you will judge the result. That might lead to a new website, an integration between existing tools or a machine learning prototype.
When a project needs additional capacity or specialist expertise, we discuss that before committing to the work. An existing product or a smaller change may be the best answer.

Before development begins, the proposal sets out the deliverables, cost, milestones and responsibilities. You can see what is included, what needs your input and how changes to the scope will be handled.
Reviews use actual pages, prototypes or working software. Decisions about content, accessibility and behaviour are checked in context, including on smaller screens and with a keyboard.
Handover covers ownership, account access and the instructions needed to run or edit the work. Hosting, third-party services and ongoing maintenance are explained so you can plan for the cost after launch.
