PRIVACY NOTICE · 25 OCTOBER 2026

Your information,
handled with care.

Preview notice

This studio is not accepting enquiries yet. Downloading a brief creates a file on your device; it does not send that brief to the studio. Seller and privacy contact details will be added before launch.

Who is responsible

Any Good Idea is a UK sole-trader design and development studio. The full controller identity and contact route are pending. Live enquiry collection remains closed until these are provided.

When you visit

The site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or non-essential cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. Its privacy policy explains its processing.

When you send a project brief

When the enquiry service is open, it collects your name, email, selected service and project description. You may also provide a business name or website, an indicative budget and timing. Please avoid including sensitive personal data or credentials.

The information is used to respond, assess project suitability and prepare a proposal. For a project you request personally, this supports steps before entering a contract. For enquiries on behalf of a business, the basis is the studio’s legitimate interest in answering relevant business requests. It is not used to subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and service providers

When the enquiry service opens, accepted briefs will be stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible through the studio’s Cloudflare account. There is no public enquiry list. A daily salted hash of the connection’s IP address is stored to limit repeated submissions; the enquiry database does not store the raw IP address. Cloudflare may operate internationally. Applicable processor terms and transfer safeguards must cover the chosen hosting arrangement.

No AI model receives the content of this form. Email notifications are not part of the current enquiry implementation. A separate email provider and any related notice changes will be documented before they are introduced.

How long information is kept

Unconverted enquiries are reviewed and removed after 90 days unless a continuing conversation or specific obligation justifies retention. If a project proceeds, its contract and privacy information explain the records needed for delivery and administration. The studio must perform the retention review; deletion is not triggered by closing your browser.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction or deletion, ask to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy. Contact the studio using the details above once it launches. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

The date above will change when material handling practices change. A live email service, analytics or new integrations will be assessed and disclosed before being added.
