AI, machine learning and software
Begin with discovery or feasibility. Its output may be a specification, a prototype or a decision to stop. The build is then broken into milestones with clear acceptance criteria.
Websites with a defined scope
A small business website can use a fixed-scope package: an agreed page count, responsive design, an enquiry route and technical launch SEO. Content responsibilities, revisions and support are explicit. Ecommerce, booking and custom functionality are quoted separately.
The ongoing picture
Hosting, domain renewal, third-party subscriptions, model usage and maintenance are separate from the project fee. Optional SEO or content work is listed separately. Currency, taxes, payment stages and ownership are confirmed before acceptance.
