The imagined brief
A consultancy’s internal guidance lives in scattered documents. The proposed interface helps staff find the source of an answer and see when the information does not support a confident response.
The evaluation decision
Use a fixed question set to test retrieval, source accuracy and unsupported answers before connecting a live model. Respect document access permissions. Measure against ordinary search, and keep a human in charge of consequential decisions.

What belongs in a project handover?
Include the agreed scope, an owner for each open item, and the next review date.
Inspect the source: Handover guide, page 2
“The handover record contains the agreed scope, the current status, the owner of each open item, and the date of the next review.”
Original synthetic source written for this concept. The text above is a fixed excerpt, not a model-generated answer. A production assistant would also need permission checks, source freshness and an abstention path when evidence is missing.
02 / CONCEPT · FIELD SERVICES
Field Desk
The imagined brief
A small property maintenance business coordinates work in messages and spreadsheets. The proposed tool gives each job an owner, status and next action, so dispatch and field staff can see what is ready.
The build decision
Start with a job list, assignment and status change. Leave billing and inventory for later. A real release would need staff permissions, an audit trail, backups and tests of the existing scheduling integration.

03 / CONCEPT · ARCHITECTURE
Still / Space
The imagined brief
An independent architecture practice needs a website that makes its residential approach understandable. Visitors should be able to find an appropriate project, understand the process and begin an enquiry without searching through a gallery.
The design decision
Pair quiet typography with useful project context: the brief, constraints and materials. Keep a visible enquiry route and use lightweight illustrations instead of large autoplay video. The geometric building shown here is original vector artwork.
About website projectsOpen the proposed project journey
- Browse projects by the kind of space, with descriptive image alternatives.
- Read one concise project story: intent, constraints, approach and drawings.
- Review the process and what information a first conversation needs.
- Send a brief containing the site, rough timing and budget expectations.
This is a design study. No building project, planning approval or client outcome is claimed.
